Which types of car repairs do you offer?+
The service range covers mechanical repairs, bodywork, auto electrical repairs, fluid and oil services, tyres and wheels, diagnostics, servicing and MOT support. Each job is assessed before work is agreed.
Do I need to know exactly what is wrong with my car?+
No. Describe the warning light, noise, leak, vibration or driving change you have noticed. A diagnostic or inspection can then be arranged to identify the likely cause before parts are replaced.
Can I contact the garage through WhatsApp?+
Yes. WhatsApp is one of the main contact options. You can include your vehicle details, postcode, symptoms and photographs of visible damage when relevant.
Do you serve customers outside Gedling?+

Can you diagnose dashboard warning lights?+

Can fault codes identify the exact failed part?+
Not always. A code identifies the system or condition recorded by the vehicle. Live data, circuit checks, mechanical tests or inspection may be needed before a component is condemned.
Can I supply my own parts?+
Contact the garage before purchasing or bringing parts. Compatibility, quality, warranty responsibility and the condition of connected components need to be considered for each job.
Do you repair accident damage?+
Car accident repair, dent repair, scratch repair, bumper work, panel repair and paint repair are included in the published service range. The vehicle may need assessment to establish the full scope.
Can you look at a car that will not start?+
Battery, starter, alternator, ignition, fuel and diagnostic services are listed. Describe whether the engine cranks, any clicking, warning lights and recent work when contacting the garage.
Do you repair tyres or only replace them?+
Tyre fitting, replacement and puncture assessment are listed. A puncture can only be repaired when its position, size and the overall tyre condition meet safe repair criteria.
Is a regas always the answer when air conditioning stops cooling?+
No. Low refrigerant may be involved, but leaks, compressor faults, sensors, controls or airflow issues can also reduce cooling. A system that loses cooling soon after a regas needs diagnosis.

Does the garage guarantee same-day repairs?+
